U.S Army Corps of Engineers
USACE facilitated the development of StS Training, and has funded this training, jointly with FEMA, since 1992

USACE also provides funding and leadership:
  • For developing a Cadre of USACE StS to augment and assist the National US&R System
  • For developing a Monitoring Cache to support the National US&R System
  • For developing, publishing and distributing the StS FOG
